The Mother’s Ministry –
The Mother’s Ministry is responsible for the organization, maintenance, and management of the New Hope Baptist Church Outreach Center. This ministry is open to the community, offering free clothing to those in need on an ongoing basis. They also provide blankets to the homeless during the winter, prepare dinner for senior citizens annually, and provide a free Thanksgiving dinner to the community annually.
Ushers Ministry –
New Hope Ushers, juniors and seniors, are members of the Interdenominational Church Usher Association of New England, Inc. State of Massachusetts.
The mission of the Usher Ministry is to be doorkeepers for New Hope Baptist Church. We enhance the worship experience by warmly greeting members and visitors, assisting all congregants, and controlling movement in the House of God.
Youth Adult Ministry –
Vision Statement
The New Hope Baptist Church Young Adult Ministry is committed to the development of spiritually mature young adults dedicated to the uplifting of God’s Kingdom. In service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, members of New Hope Baptist Church, age 18 years to 35 years, aim to live circumspectly in accordance with the Word of God.
The foundation, or “cornerstones”, of the Young Adult Ministry is as follows:
Work
The Young Adult Ministry dedicates itself to the advancement of God’s Kingdom by working within and outside New Hope Baptist Church and the surrounding community to aid those in need of help, support and encouragement.
Worship
As Baptized Believers, members of the Young Adult Ministry are encouraged to gather in Christian fellowship regularly and to boldly lift up the Name of the Lord in song and praise. Members are also encouraged to participate and support, including financially all regular and special services at New Hope Baptist Church and other Houses of Worship to which its body receives invitation.
Wisdom
The Young Adult Ministry encourages daily individual and/or group Bible Study. In addition, members strive to increase their knowledge of God’s Word by participating in at least one teaching Ministry.
Witness
Whenever possible, members are encouraged to provide testimonies of the Grace and Mercy of the Lord observed and demonstrated through their own personal experiences and/or the experiences of others.
